Pat Cronin (Lt. Colonel, MHP retired) serves as Director of the Administrative Operations Division at the Mississippi Department of Public Safety. In this capacity, he oversees the daily functions of the following divisions: Fixed Asset Management, Supply, Internal Security, Grants Administration, Management Information Systems, Human Resources and Physical Maintenance.
Director Cronin has served the Mississippi Department of Public Safety in various capacities over the years since he became a Mississippi State Trooper. Prior to joining the DPS Administration, he served as Director of the Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers’ Training Academy (MLEOTA) and was part of the Governor’s Executive Protection Detail.
